Hello everyone so yeah is thursday. ...only one more work day for Dan and I and then we have a three day weekend. I am so glad that we have Labor day coming up. This week has been good. Dan started school up again and is taking an English class. He says he likes the teacher and it was good. I am glad he is able to be back in school. He also started working the night shift again. So for me that is not too fun, I miss him at night.

This week I have been pretty busy. On tuesday night, me and my friend KrisAn got to have dinner with a good friend of ours from High school. His name is Gary. We went to fridays. That is where we used to go all the time in highschool. It was really great seeing him. When i get the pictures from him I will post them on the blog. Wednesday I got to hang out with my friend Melissa and we went out to dinner at Olive Garden. Right now they are doing the never ending pasta bowl. I love it. Those of you who know me know I love PASTA!!! Today is just work and then come home and rest. Next week some of my shows start up again so that will be nice. Also did you hear that Jason from the bachorette is going to be the new Bachelor starting in January. That will be so cool. He is a cutie.

Believe in who you are!!!!!

Okay I am going to try this again.. I had just gotten this blog typed and ready to go when my lovely internet conncetion decided to go off line.. oh the joys of Internet. Anyway just wanted to let you all know about a book I just finished readind by Hilary Weeks. Most of you know her as a singer but she wrote this little book called, Believe in what you are doing, Believe in who you are." It is only about 50 pages a very easy read. It is just her sharing experiences of her life. I like it because it is not preaching to us. It is a very uplifting and encourages us. It is just a good reminder that what we do matters, and that we are trying our best. She wrote a song called, "Who you are." So I am going to write down the words, to help remind us that what we do matters.

I know you wonder if you'll ever have a day
Where the kids say calm, the laundrys done, and
the dishes put away.
And sometimes you feel like your days are spent and gone
And the question running through your mind is, "What have i Gotten done?"
And when you finally have a moment to slow down
At the end of your day
I know the Father would say
Believe in what you're doing
Believe in who you are
Hold tight to the truth that you are a daughter of God
Believe in who you're becoming
Believe in who you are

It may seem simple all the little things you do
But the lives you touch matter so much and theres no one else like you
And Father needs you to stand tall and faithful
Be all you can be
Oh, if you could see what he sees
You'd believe in what you're doing
You'd believe in who you are
So hold tight to the truth you're a daughter of God
Believe in what you're doing
Believe in who you are
When its hard to believe in yourself
And you feel like you're beginning to doubt
Remember
He believes in what you're doing
He believes in who you are
Don't lose sight of the truth that you're a daughter of God
He believes in who you're becoming
He believes in who you are-

My life
20 years ago, 1988: I was still seven waiting to turn eight so I could get baptized. Then two months later my family and I would move to Sandy Utah, where I would go to Park Lane Elementary. I think that year for my 8th b-day I had a strawberry shortcake b-day party. IT was so fun. My mom would always make a heart cake too.

15 years ago, 1993: I was 12 years old. Going to start the Junior High. That was the year I started car pooling with Julie and I would not sit by her.i was still really shy and that was the year I started babysitting for the Farringtons. They became my second family.

1998: I was a senior in high school, those were the days. I was also hoping to get asked to a dance by my crush Tyson George Smith. Julie and I would go to Mcdonalds and hang out and watch our shows. I still remember the first time we made tacos and she thought it was so weird that I micorowaved my meat. That was the year I also met and fell in love with the BACKSTREET BOYS!!!!!!

5 years ago, 2003: I was up at BYU-Idaho and I just finished up my second year. I would hang out with my friends Garrett, Nikki and Annie. That was the year I was also a bridesmaid at Annies wedding and I caught the boquet. It still took me three more years to finally meet Dan.

2007: I have been married for one month to the most wonderful man. Thats right the month before we were married in the Salt Lake Temple and had en joyed our honeymoon to Disneyland. We were now enjoying our new life and setting up house.

6 months ago, February 2008: Have been working at Seagull book for five months now and loving it. Our first Valentines together as a married couple.

Yesterday, August 19th: Worked all day til five and then had my lia Sophia jewelry party. Had a good time visiting and buying Jewelry. Got 100 dollars worth of free jewelry.. yes FREE. My favorite thing!!! Also today Camp ROCK comes out on DVD!! Heck yes gotta love the JONAS brothers. It is my friend Gary's b-day.

Today, August 20th: Happy Birthday LAUREN. SHE is the big 24!!! Called her today and wished her happy birthday. She is Arizona hanging out for a week. Worked all day til five. Am going to make me some dinner soon and watch one of my shows. Gotta do the dishes but I really don't want to:)

FRIDAY

Howdy okay so I know its been a whole week since I have written a blog!! My lovely sister lauren called me today and told me I better put one up. It has been a good week. Not much has happened. I still have not started reading the Breaking Dawn. I don't want it to end yet so I am waiting. My mom started reading twilight and I think she has finished it. She liked it, and got sucked it. I think she is going to borrow my new moon when she comes next week if she can wait that long:) I am soo excited for my Mom and Walt to come. It is going to be a party weekend. I am also excited because they are taking us out to eat, and all of you who know me know that is one of my favorite things to do:) If I don't have to cook or buy myself it is faboulous. Last week Dan and I used the Gift card my mom and walt gave us for our anniversary and went to eat out at TGIFridays... and it was nice cause we even go to get desseret.

We will also have my sister Angies graduation party on friday night. She got her masters and I am dang proud of her. YOU GO GIRL!!! No i am very proud of how dedicated she was. I saw the SisterHood of the Traveling pants 2 on Wednesday. It was good.

Today I have been messing around on you tube. I must say it is kind of addicting. If you saw my Scarecrow and Mrs.King clip. I watched liked so many episodes on you tube this morning. It was so fun to go back and see one of my favorite shows. Anyhooo I think I have babbled long enough. I promise I will try and be better and not go so long on blogging. Please forgive me Lauren. Have a HAPPY DAY!!!!!

Scarecrow and Mrs.King

I loved this show. I was so obsessed!!! Lauren and my brother Ryan used to make fun of me. But this is a classic 80's show. It was cheesy then and it is cheesey now but I thought it was good times. So here is a clip. ENJOY!!

Martina

So last night my good friend Julie and I got to go see Martina Mcbride at the Usana Amphitheatre and all I can say is she rocks!!!! She has such an amazing voice and she was one of my favorite concerts. I love her songs because they all have a story. The opening acts weren't that great. But hey thats okay. We definetly had enough entertainment with all the people who were drunk or getting drunk. Seriously I dont' even know why these people go because they won't even remember it today. Isn't the point of going to a concert to go and have fun and ReMEBER it. HE he... anyway she sang all her good songs. The encore was awesome too. She sang Journey's don't stop believin and Hit me with your best shot. I am also so glad I got to go with Julie. IT has been a while since we have to go hang out. She is so fun and everytime we get together we have the best time. So thank you Julie for going with me. It was an awesome night.

Saved byt the Bell

I started thinking about all the old shows that were on in the 90s. Saved by the bell was one of my favorites. Me and my sister Lauren would come home from school everday it was on. We have probably seen every episode like ten times at least. I seriously loved this show and thought Zack was sooo cute. I thought this was a cute little video. If you have not seen Saved by the Bell: Wedding in Las Vegas you are serioulsly missing out. Zack and Kelly get married. So I hope you enjoy.
