Holiday Spirit is a must!!!! I love this time of year. I love the feelings that come with it. I believe In Santa Claus doyou?

The Holidays are incomplete without, God, Family, Christmas Music, Christmas Trees, Goodies,Games, Kids, Christmas Decorations and Laughter.

My favorite things to do around the Holidays is... putting up the tree, going to Concerts and plays, temple square, being with family, singing christmas songs, This is the Place park, buying a new ornament.

A Holiday tradition me and family have... going to Temple Square, getting pizza on Christmas eve. With Dan we get a new ornament each year, we go to Forgotten carols, we get Christmas pajamas, and we track Santa Claus.

Holiday music is the BEST!!!! I love it and I can listen to it all the time.

This year I will be spending the Holidays with my family. Christmas eve with Dan's family, and CHristmas day with mine.

Trying to move on.

I can't believe December is finally here. I love this time of year. It has already been a great time. I was talking to my sister the other day. Actually I was sad again because I really want to have a baby. As I was crying my sister, who is not afraid to tell it like it is :). Well she told me some stuff I already knew, and was listening and telling me it will happen. Being the nice sister that she is. Well she said soemthing that really struck me. She said, maybe God is just waiting for you to get over it and show him you can be happy and are ready to have a baby. I admit I was kind of mad. Cause a miscarriage is something you don't just get over. But I understood what she was trying to say. That God has given me this trial. And he has given it to me to help others. Although I will never "get over it"... I don't think it will ever be something i can forget, I can move on. Cause I have some friends that know how I am feeling . And the feelings you have never go away. It will always be a tender subject for me. I might be sooo happy when I see a little one, and soemtimes I might break down. But that is okay. Just like Forgiveness... you can forgive the person, but you don't ever forget. But I realize that I need to be happy for others, and be happy with myself and I need to live in the present, not the past. If am happy and positive God will realize that I am learning and growing. Yesterday I got to hold my friend angel's baby. She was sooo cute, and sweet and precious!!!!! And it made me sooo excited for when we have our own. Now for those of you who have had a miscarriage or lost a baby. Please know that I am not brushing this aside. Cause believe me it has been a year and I am still grieving it. But know that we do need to move on and continue to live. Anyway Ihave just been thinking about that lately. And I knwo that God knows me and my needs. That he will help me through.

Thanksgiving

I can't believe Thanksgiving has come and gone... this year has gone by so fast!!! This year we had it with my side of the family and it was great fun. We had at my Brother and Sister in laws house up in Layton. It was so super fun. We got up there about 12:30 and we at at 1. Now yes I know that is early but its good cause then you can have leftovers all the rest of the day. Then of course the men and my sister watched Football. That is the only thing I don' t like about Thanksgiving day. But I had fun playing with my nephew's and niece's. IT was nice to just be able to relax, eat lots of food and enjoy being with my family. I can't believe there is only 28 days til Christmas. I am sooo super excited. I have the tree up and all of our decorations up.

Alll ABOUT THANKSGIVING

1. My Thanksgiving plans this year will be........ Thursday we are going to my Brother Golden's house for some good food and fun.

2.My favorite Thanksgiving was.... this is a hard one but the year that Lauren and Ryan moved to Arizona they came to Dad's that year and I remember I was sooo excited to have them come. and we made Thanksgiving for the first time. And my first Thanksgiving with Dan.

3.My signature Thanksgiving dish is.........Rolls from Costco :)

4.My favorite Thanksgiving food is......Dark meat, homemade rolls and turkey sandwhiche's the next day.

1. My Last haircut was I think in June or July. I need to get one again.

2.My most daring hair moment was when I got back from my trip from Florida and I had it all chopped off and died it blonde. It was sooo fun and I felt soo good.

Its been a while since I have done a Thankful blog.

I am thankful for our new Friends Sonya and David. I am glad that Sonya was very friendly and said Hi to me. She has been a great new friend to me.

I am thankful for my Values and that I was taught them by my parents.

I am thankful for my Health.

I am thankful for Traditons and what the mean to me. And how they bring people together.

I am thankful for my family and that we always have each other's backs. We are always willing to help out.

1. The first thing I do in the mornig to start my day......watch a show or just take a bath.

So tonight Lauren, me, Ryan, Kiki and Jaden went to a pumpkin patch to pick out some pumpkins. They kids were super excited. This was there first time going to one. They each got to pick one out. They were so cute when they would try to pick one out. Some of them were sooo heavy that they could barely hold them. After we found our pumpkins then we took them back to Lauren's house and I had bought a paint kit and a felt kit to decorate our pumpkins. We all had sooo much fun decorating them. They turned out really cute.

Wow can't believe it has been one year ago that I had my miscarriage. I have expereienced a lot of emotions this week. Its funny cause you think eventually they will just go away but it never does. Its crazy because I cried more today since the day I had it. I am grateful that is conference weekend though so hopefully I can get some inspiration and be uplifted. My faith hasn't been as strong as it should be. I also forget that it affected Dan too and that he may not show it but it affects him too. I really do want to have a child. Its funny cause Ihave been super stressed for a while and just worrying about everything. I was also worried about my dad not having a job. But now that he has one and a weight has been lifted off. I know its easy for people to say," just don't think about it andit will happen." but that is easier said then done. I am trying to stay positive.

Holy Cow I can't believe I am 30 today. I wasn't sure how I was going to feel about it but its actually not been that bad. I kind of feel like this is going to be my year. So today I had a great b-day. But the celebration actually started a last friday. My sister Lauren threw me a suprise b-day party at Pizza Factory. I was so suprised. But it was sooooo fun. I had a great turn out. I didn't have my camera but my friend Julie had hers so pictures will be coming.

Then today I had the day off. We woke up and Dan had breakfast ready. He also cooked a yummy bread and had it all ready to go. Then he gave me my presents. He did really good. he got me a GIft Certificate for a pedicure. And I was soooo happy. Then he got me the movie Camp ROck 2 and the best present was Chocolate Sauce from Leatherbys. So he got my three favorite things. Then he took me to smart cookie since my friend made me a cake.

Then for Lunch my friend Julie took me to one of my favorite places. T.G.I.Fridays. We always have a great time when we got to lunch. Then after lunch i metup with my sister and she treated me to a movie. We saw EASY A. It was really good.Then my new friend Sonya from my ward had a little get together at her hosue with some of the other girls from the ward. We watched the Movie Letters to Juliet.
My last present is we are going to the Circus on Saturday night.

So I had a great day. Thank you to everyone for all the Birthday wishes!!!!

September

So we are all moved in yay!!!!!!! We survived. I want to give a big thank you to my old ward. They were sooo awesome. They showed up at 8am and had like 5 trucks and they got us alll loaded up by 945. Then we got all moved in by 1115. I was soooo worrie dthat we wouldn't have enough help but we did. NOw its just the fun of unloading and unpacking all the boxes. The hard part I am having is this place is a lot smaller so I dont' have a lot of space and my kitchen is 10 times smaller so I don't have space to put my stuff. But hopefully I will figure it out. I was really overwhelmed the first few days but now I am doing better. It is very nice to be soo close and I can walk everywhere.
I can't believe it is September already. Only 21 days til my b-day. The big30!!!!!!! It will be fun. Things are going well for us. Dan and I both finally got our raises. So I am definetly grateful for that. The Lord definetly is watching over us. I am grateful for my family. That we are sooo close and have fun. I am very grateful fr my sister Lauren. She is such a good example to me of being brave and courageous and doing what is best for her.
Pretty soon I will have to start my Christmas countdown. After my b-day of course:) anyway we are doing good.

I can't belive how fast it is coming but we only have ten days til we move. I am excited for a change. I am ready for a new ward and a new experience. But I have sooo much to do and to get ready. I hate it cause I have not been able to sleep very well the past couple of days. My mind is just racing with everythign we need to get done. I am sure it will all be okay I jsut wish it was already saturday the 28th and that we were all moved in.

My vacation was soo fun and very much needed. It was soonice just to go and be spoiled and spend some time with mom. I was soo nice to relax and not have to worry about all the stressors at home. I missed Dan a lot though. This is the longest we have a been apart from each other. But it was good. I really appreciate my mom alot and that we have a good relationship and have fun. Thanks MOm for the great WEEK!!!!!

Vacation!!!!!

So it's been a while since I have done a blog. But I have been staying busy. This past week has a been a lot of fun. My mom came friday the 23rd. We went on the 24th and saw the movie Toy Story 3. It was Jaden's and Kiki's first movie ever in a theatre. They had sooo much fun and Jadend thought it was sooo cool. Then on Sunday I had a BBQ with my friends from work. The rest of the week was really good. JUst chilling with my family and my mom. Then Saturday was the big event that we had been planning for six months. It was my Dad's suprise 60th B-day party. The whole day we were super excited!!! THe party was a great turn out and my dad was suprised. He kind of had an idea but he didn't realize to what extent it was going to be.

Then yesterday my mom and I drove back to her house in Arizona. We had such a fun time on this road trip. We left at 6am bright and early. It started off kind of funny. When my mom was turning off the road I live on she totally turned on the wrong side of the road. so we started laughing. and then our first stop in Nephi I couldn't find my phone. So we had a panic attack but then it had ended up falling out of my purse into my moms bag. We had fun listening to music, and talking. Then at about half way through the trip there was a U-haul truck that was in front of us. And it was funny because it said on the back of it: Dollies and Pads. And after my mom said it I just started laughing. It was sooo funny. IT was definetly a had to be moment but it was super funny to us. So now tha tis our inside joke. Anyway we made it here about 4:30ish.

This morning we went to Cracker barrell for breakfast. Then we went to the mall and we shopped til we drop. We hit the best deals. And then we went to Johnny Rockets. OH man that place is sooo good. They have the best chocolate shakes. Then we came home and rested, and watched the Bachelorette. I have been having a blast here anits been nice to be "spoiled' and to have a vacation. I will keep you updated.

Happy Anniversary!!!

Wow I can't believe it has been three years today!!! IT has flown by. I am so happy and grateful for a wonderful husband. The past year has been a hard one with the miscarriage and all. But he has been such a strength and support. Sometimes the loss of a baby can pull the couple apart, but for us it has brought us even closer. I rely on Dan so much. He is a wonderful provider, and motivates me. We get to go spend the day together. I will post our pictures and adventures tonight. Happy Anniversary!!!!1

Families.....

So I just want to vent about family dynamics when married. I love being married but It is defiently harder when you are married to do your family things, and all the family dynamics. In my family we always help each other out without being asked for anything in return. We genuinely enjoy spending time together and always are there for each other. Its hard when you have to mesh your family and your spouse. I love Dan's family and I enjoy spending time with them. But they don't do a lot together and since mine does I think it has been hard for Dan to get used to that. Its funny because i am a very outgoing person and he keeps more to himself. That doesn't mean its wrong I am just not used to it. But they say opposites attract. In the last three years I am realizing that everyone is different, families are different. But the important thing is Dan and I's future family. I know that both of our families will be there to help and do whatever they can. I am very grateful to both of my families for what they teach me. For the love they show to us. I love Dan very much and I am learning to apprecaite his attributes and the things he will teach our children. Cause in the end its going to be about Dan and I and that we raise our family. Man its funny I will be 30 this year and I feel sooo "Old"....... I remember growing up being so excited to be married and have kids. And now its finally here. I am ready for the next chapter to come. Hopefully soon.... I am realizing my "kids' are stubborn tooo like there parents. Oh boy can't wait for the ride.....:)

Hi its been a long time since I have posted. I can't believe how fast the summer has flown by. Life is going pretty well. The month of July started out good. We had a fun 4th of July weekend. We got to spend Saturday night with my family and sunday night with Dan's. We had great food, fun and fireworks. All the great makings for a fun Holiday weekend.

Then on that monday Dan and I had the day together adn we went on a Date to Hollywood Connections. We had a free coupon for Mini Golf and then two for one laser tag. It was soooo much fun.

Now we are getting ready to celebrate our 3rd anniversary. I can't believe how fast it has gone. We are going to go to Deseret Star playhouse and have dinner. We were hoping to go on our Anniversary day but it was sold out so we are goint to go friday. We both took the day off and were are going to go downtown to the Salt Lake Temple and do sealings and then have a picnic. It should be a fun day.

We are still waiting for the Governor to make his decison if dan is going to be on the ballot. Its been kind of annoying waiting but hopefully.

So we found out a few nights ago that we have to move. but I am actually okay it with it. I am ready for a new adventure and to start over. I have loved where we have been, but I am ready for somethign new. So the search for a place has started.

So thats whats been going on with us. Life is good. and we are ready for whats next.!!!

Happy Birthday Dan!!!!

So Yesterday was Dan's 27th b-day. He had a really good day. We both had to Work but Dan's get up at 600am so when his alarm went off I woke up and we opened his presents. I was pretty much asleep but it was fun. He got some great stuff if I do say so myself:) I gave him the Illustrated Edition of the Book 1776. He got Mythbusters season 1 and a gift card to his favorite hobby store. He was really excited. Then that night for Dinner we went to Su Casa with his parents, and my sister Angie. Then we headed over to the District and watched Eclipse. It was soooo freaking good!!!! And lets just say Jacob is not bad looking either:) Anyway then tonight we had Dan's family and friend Luke over for yummy Strawberry cheescake. So he had a really good b-day. Now for a great Fourth of July Weekend!!!!!

My Dad

So today was a really good day. Dan and I decided to go to Church with my dad today. We had a good time at Church. Then when we came home we had a little lunch and got to have a nice talk. I have been worrying about my Dad not having a job. I know that the Lord has blessed him but it still just worries me. Gosh Dang it I wish I wasn't a worrier. Anyway as most of you know I am a litte emotional:) I blame it on my dad. But in sacrament there was a talk given by a lady who talked about her dad and what she has learned from him. So i had been thinking of some things and I shared them with my Dad. I have learnd a lot but these three things I think have stuck the most with me.

1. Accept and Love everybody. My dad is really good at that. He always makes friends wherever he goes. He gets this from my Grandama Thomas. She was such a neat lady and loved to feed people and had a lot of friends. I have my Dads' personality and I can pretty much talk to anybody. I also am able to just accept people and love them.

2. Strong Work Ethic. I am soo glad my Dad taught me the value of work. He taught me to be dependable, honest, kind and it has paid off in all my jobs.

3. Faith and a Good Attitude. Through it all he always has a strong faith and doesn't give up.
He was really touched that I shared this. And I realize as I get older I appreciate my parents a lot more. It scares me that they have to get old. But I am glad that I have great relationships with them and that they are my parents.

Frusteration!!!!!

So I just need to vent for a minute. So I am sooo tired of being the one that is always the "asker" and not the one that gets asked? Serioulsy... I am sick of planning and doing all the work and never having anyone ask me if they want to do something. I dont' know what this means? I don't know if it means we arent' really friends or if they just don't do it cause I always do it. Now this isn't all my friends, but mostly I always have to do the asking.. and I have come to the conclusion that I am done asking. If they want to hang out with me then they will have to ask me. So FYI... I am done asking. So if I don't see you for a while I guess its just cause you don't care!!!!!!!!!!!

1. My friend Paige got home from New York and we got to spend time together last week and watch Glee together.

2. Dan is now working mornings so he is done by 3:30. Its takes me a bit to re adjust but Its a good thing :)

3. I got to go see my sister Angies new furniture and have lunch at the Model A cafe with my dad and sister.

4. Dan's mom helped us with school again, we really appreciate all the help she has given us.

5. I saw my friend MIndy at Walmart that I have not seen for about 2 months. It as great to catch up.

6. I got my hair done and it feels sooo good and looks sooo pretty. My sister did a good job!!!!

7. I found some cookies at the store that taste a lot like the Girl Scout Samoa's... Caramel Delights... mmmm good!!!!

8. Had a great FHE with our friends... lesson on trials and what they can teach us?

9. Over memorial weekend got together with the family and my cousins and uncle and met at Rock Creek pizza. It was really good to see them.

10. Only 15 days til the Backstreet boys concert wahooo!!!!

Thoughts

So once again this month I am not pregnant!!!!!! I hate how each month I get a little bit excited and think maybe this month it will be it. But this time around I have definetly had the guilty feeling thoughts. I know most of you wont' understand this but those of you who have lost a chld or had a miscarriage will know this. I have feeling of guilt like this is my fault. Especially cause when I first found out I was pregnant I wasn't really excited. I was scared and shocked at how fast this had happened. So it took me a bit to warm up and then finally when I was getting excited about it is when I had the miscarriage. So I am consumed with those feelings and saying this is my fault even though I know its not. And then I start asking the question why doesn't God want to send me kids yet? And I hate that. Iknow he knows what is best. And now that I actually want to have kids its very stressful. I try not think about it and try not to stress about it. Anyway I just needed to get it out. Dan has been great every month and has been soo positive. He has been such a sweetheart th rough all this. From crying one minute to saying I dont want kids its too hard. I am so glad he has been sooo understanding. I hate what a miscarriage does to you. Anyhooo one good thing that has come out of this is that I can help people who are or who have gone through it.
Anyway I know it will happen whens it supposed to. I just need to relax and calm down and feel good about it.

1. One fashion trend I really regret is: all the multicolored and hot pink shorts and neon things I used to wear and the big old bows.. LOL!!!!

Thankful Sunday

I forgot to do this on Thursday so I am going to do it today:

I am thankful for the 25.00 check we got in the mail on saturday. It will get us through the week.

I am thankful for Dan and always giving me foot rubs and back rubs. I dont' give him nearly as many.

I am thankful for the kind man that helped Lauren, get her car towed back to her house. He was literally an angel. He was sooo nice to us.

I am thankful that Lauren is helping us out with food this week. God does look out for us.

I am thankful for how well Dan is doing in school. He works very hard and does his best. And even though we are very tight with money now its all worth it.

I am thankful for good friends who help me out. I wish I could do more for them.

I am thankful for my Hot Fudge from Leatherby's. Its sooo good.

I am thankful that my Dad was so kind and willing to help this week.

Dan the Candidate

Dan the MAn!!!!!!!!!

So for those of you that don't know. Dan is running for the State Board of Education. He signed up in March. He has always wanted to do it and is very passionate about schools and education. Since he works at a school as well he gets to see the ins and outs of it and what works. So yesterday we got to go to the state capitol and we had a meeting. It went over the interview questions and what he would be asked. There is 3 other people from our distric that is running. I am really proud of Dan and that he is doing this. On may 17th he has his interview to determine if he will get to continue on. I am really proud of him and hope he makes it. If not it was a great experience and he can do it next time. So if he makes it on the ballot vote ISHAM for State board. Good Luck honey!!!1

Good Weekend.

So this weekend has been a good one. It started on Thursday night when me and my friend Marianne and her sister and friend went and saw the movie the BackUp Plan. It was pretty cute They main guy in there is pretty cute. Then I got to see Marianne's new house in Eagle Mountain. It was reallly nice and fun.
Then the next morning we got to go to BYU Women's conference. It was very nice and the classes we chose were exactly what I needed. One of my favorite classes was I am Thankful to be me. It talked about how women usually compare themselves to others and how it does not benefit you to do so. And that is something I have always struggled with. Also it talked about being positive and thinking positive. I needed to hear this since its been really hard to stay positive when I am not pregnant each month. I realize I need to feel good about myself and not let thoughts or comparisons get to me. Also I realized i need to do more service. Service is the key to happiness. I am going to start actively looking for more ways I can serve no matter how small it seems.
It was a reallly good day. Then that night after I was done i spent the the weekend watching my sisters kids so she can have a little vacation. It has been a fun weeknend , a tiring one but fun. We had some good adventures and played lots. They are really good kids and are soo much fun to be with. I am glad I was able to help out my sister and spend the weekend with the kiddies.

10 THINGS That MADE ME HAPPY THIS WEEK!!!!



We got some extra money from the Eager study wahoo!!!! So we got to go to dinner at Robintinos and order the Wiii Game Mario Kart!!!!!!

Dan suprised me one day with a jar of Hot Fudge Sauce from Leatherbys.... he was trying to help with my chocolate craving.

Going to lunch with Julie and her kids. It is always sooo much fun to see her.

Going walking with my friend Larene. Its been nice to ketchup and to also be active.

Going to the Temple last wednesday. Its been a while since we have.

Learning to enjoy the weekends without money. Dan and I had a nice relaxing weekend and we got to spend time together.

I get to go to BYU Womens conferenec on friday and then go to Brick Oven for dinner. It will be a great day.

Being able to help out my sister this weekend and watch her kids so she can have a break. It will be crazy fun.

Playin Family Fued... I love this game it sooo fun.

The Nice weather.. its been so refreshing!!!!

So I was reading my friend Lindseys' blog and I liked what she did so I am going to do one too. its 10 things that made me happy this week. In no particular order....

1. That I have got to go walking. The weather has been sooo nice finally.

2. I got to babysitt Jaden and Kaylie twice this week. Its always sooo fun.

3. I got to go to Leatherbys on friday night with my friend and have cheesfries and ice cream and catch up.

4. That dan came home early on friday night. So we actually got to have a "Date Night."

5. That I got to have a nice day off on friday just relaxing and enjoying myself.

6. GLEE started on tuesday heck yes. Love this show!!!!!!

7. Watched one of my favorite shows from the 80's. Scarecrow and Mrs king... and dan liked it too.

8. Finished the new book by Jason Wright called the CrossGardner.

9. Got to go shopping at Macys and found some new work pants... and I onlyhad to spend 1.69 of my own money. Thanks Mom for the gift card.

10. Watched Princess and the frog with Jaden and Kaylie.

SOOOOOOO MONDAY I HEARD THE BEST NEWS. THE BACKSTREET BOYS ARE BACK. NOT THAT THEY WENT ANYWHERE. BUT THATS RIGHT THEY ARE COMING TO CONCERT ON JUNE 23RD BABY!!!! I WAS AT WORK WHEN I HEARD IT ONTHE RADIO AND MY BOSS WAS WITH ME AND I WAS LITERALLY JUMPING UP AND DOWN GOING CRAZY. MY BOSS JUST LOOKED AT ME AND LAUGHED!!!! I WAS BUMMED BECAUSE I COULDN'T TELL MY SISTER TIL I GOT OFF WORK BECAUSE DAN NEEDED MY PHONE. SO AS SOON AS I GOT HOME I LET HER KNOW. WE AR SOOOOO EXCITED THOSE WERE THE DAYS OF BSN AND NSYNC!!!!!!! IT WILL BE SOOO FUN AND MY DEAR HUSBAND WAS LIKE YOU GO AND HAVE FUN. WHO CARES IF I AM 29 WHATEVER!!!!!!!!

HAPPY EASTER!!

SO TODAY HAS BEEN A NICE DAY. I LOVE THAT EASTER WAS ON CONFERENCE THIS YEAR. ITS FUNNY WHEN I WAS YOUNGER CONFERENCE ALWAYS SEEMED SOOOO LONG BUT NOW I HAVE COME TO ENJOY IT. DAN AND I JUST DID OUR OWN THING THIS YEAR. I COULD A NICE PULLED PORK DINNER.

THINGS ARE GOING PRETTY WELL FOR US. THE LAST MONTH HAS KIND OF BEEN HARD FOR ME. I HAVE NOT FELT GOOD ABOUT MYSELF AND I HAVE BEEN UPSET ABOUT NOT BEING PREGNANT. BUT THIS MONTH I HAVE DECIDED I AM GOING TO FEEL GOOD AND BE POSITIVE ABOUT THINGS. I AM GOINGTO KEEP WORKING OUT AND EAT THE BEST I CAN AND NOT STRESS OR COMPARE MYSELF TO ANYONE ELSE. I AM EXCITED ABOUT THE EAGER STUDY AND I THING THIS WILL BE A GOOD TOOL TO HELP ME BECOME PREGNANT.

I HAVE BEEN THINKING A LOT ABOUT ENJOYING THE LITTLE THINGS. IT SEEMS I AM ALWAYS IN A RUSH OR I HAVE TO CLEAN THIS ONE THING OR GO HERE. THE LAST FEW DAYS HAVE BEEN NICE CAUSE DAN AND I HAVE GOTTEN TO SPEND A LOT OF TIME TOGETHER AND IT WAS NICE JUST TO BE ABLE TO WATCH A MOVIE OR PLAY THE WII AND NOT WORRY ABOUT THE KITCHEN BEING CLEANED OR THE LAUNDRY BEING DONE. I REALIZED THAT LIFE IS TOOO SHORT AND WE NEED TO STOP AND SMELL THE ROSES. I WANT TO SPENDMORE TIME WITH MY FAMILY AND SPEND MORE TIME WITH DAN AND GIVE HIM MORE ATTENTION.

I GOT TO HEAR JOHN LUND SPEAK THIS WEEK AT THE RELIEF SOCIETY B-DAY DINNER. IT WAS A GREAT TALK AND EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED TO HEAR. HE TALKED ABOUT TAKING OUR FRUSTERATIONS TO THE LORD AND OUR LOVE TO OUR FAMILY. HE TOLD OF A LADY WHO DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO LOVE. LITERALLY EVERY WORD OUT OF HER MOUTH WAS NEGATIVE TO HER HUSBAND AND KIDS. DR LUND ASKED FOR TWO WEEKS NOT TO SAY ONE NEGATIVE THING. WELL WHEN THEY CAME BACK TO SEE HIM SHE STARTED CRYING. DR LUND THOUGHT O NO THIS DID NOT GO WELL. SO HE ASKED THE HUSBAND WHAT WAS WRONG? HE SAID IT WAS THE BEST WEEK OF THERE MARRIAGE. THAT SHE DID GREAT.
SO THEN JOHN ASKED THE WIFE WHY SHE WAS CRYING. AND SHE SAID, "i DON'T KNOW HOW TO LOVE" IT WAS THE HARDEST THING FOR ME TO NOT SAY ANYTHING NEGATIVE. THAT REALLY GOT TO ME. I REALIZED I NEED TO DO BETTER. NOW I AM NOT AS BAD AS THIS LADY BUT I DEFINETLY NEED TO CRITICIZE DAN LESS. HE IS REALLY GOOD AT LOVING AND NOT PIN PICKING EVERYTHING ABOUT ME. SO I JUST TAKE IT ONE DAY AT A TIME AN REALLY TRY TO WATCH WHAT I SAY AND TELL HIM THAT I LOVE HIM.

ANYWAY LIFE IS GOOD. I AM BLESSED TO HAVE A GOOD HUSBAND, FAMILY , JOB AND A PLACE TO LIVE.

FEELING GOOD???

ARRGGGHHHHHHHHH!!!!! I just had to get that out. I have just not been feeling good about myself. I started WW again in Feb. Well the first two weeks I was gung ho and ready to do it. But honestly now I just don't know how to do it. I had to stop paying because with Dan in school we need all the money we can get to help pay. So I have been trying to do it myself but I just don't have the motivation. I have been okay about wokring out. Usually i at least do it 3 times a week but one week I totally didn't do anything. What I am really upset about is that I was doing soo good at maintaining it and keeping it off and then aroud January I got a little tooo comfortable and gained some back. NOt all of it but still. I am just mad at myself. I was crying last night to Dan because I hate the way I feel. I just hate that my whole life I will have weight issues. Anyay sorry for this negative email but if anyone has any helps or can please go walking with me I would really appreciate it. I am just ready to give up.

NEW MOON

SO LAST NIGHT ME AND MY FRIEND KATIE WENT TO THE RIVERTON WALMART FOR THE NEW MOON RELEASE. WE WENT TO THAT ONE BECAUSE THE ACTORST THAT PLAY JESSICA, MIKE AND ERIC WERE THERE. WHEN WE GOT THERE AT 1130 IT WAS MADNESS. THERE WAS PEOPLE EVERYWHERE. BUT IT WAS FUN BECAUSE RIGHT AFTER WE GO THERE THE ACTORS CAME OUT. MY FRIEND KATIE GOT SOME REALY GOOD PICTURES. IT WAS REALLY FUNNY THOUGH BECAUSE RIGHT WHEN WE STARTED TAKING PICTURES BOTH OUR OF OUR CAMERAS STARTED ACTING UP NA OUR BATTERIES DID NOT WORK SO WE WERE ACTUALLY STANDING BY SOME BATTERIES SO WE GRABBED THEM AND WERE LIKE DON'T FORGET WE HAVE TO PAY FOR THESE. IT WAS EALLY FUN TO SEE THE ACTORS. EVERYONE WAS SCREAMING. THEY TALKED FOR BOUT 15 MINUTES AND THEN THEY WERE GOING TO SIGN AUTOGRAPHS. WE DID NOT WAIT IN THE LINE THOUGH. IF IT WAS JACOB OR EDWARD WE WOULD HAVE HE EH!!! ANYWAY WE HAD A GREAT TIME.

Talkative Tuesday

They had soo much fun painting.

So Dan has been in shcool for two months now and he is doing great. He has gotten and A in the two classes he has taken. I am really proud of him and he is working hard. Even though I don't like editing the papers.... its worth it for him to be in school.

Tonight I am watching my Nephwe Jaden and Niece Kaylie. It is always sooo fun to watch them THey are soo cute and its fun to see them talk andl learn things. And its nice for Lauren so she can have a littl time to herself.

I have been struggling with WW. The first week I did great and was gung ho and lost3.6 pounds. The second week I gained .8 so I know that i not bad but I just am trying to get in the groove again. I really want to get to the goal I set out to get to. So lets hope my funk comes back in soon. I know I can do it.

I enjoy getting to babysitt every once in a while and earn some extra money. So if any of you out there need some time a way for a bit let m eknow and I will be glad to watch your kids.

I love that its finally March. I am ready for Spring and some nice weather hopefully. Yes I know we live in Utah so who knows what will happen.

I am sooo excited go to the Sugarland concert in May. I love them and it will be fun to go to a concert again.

So this past week has been really good. It started on Wed, I have signed up for WW again and when I went and weighed in I lost 3.6 pounds.... so I was very happyd. My MOm and Walt got here on Wednesday. Then on Thursday I got together with my friend Keri. She got engaged has been super busy so I haven't really got to see her. So we went to dinner and movie and got to catch up. It was really fun and nice to see her.

Then on Friday after work my mom picked me up from work and we had some mother/daughter bonding time. We went to Olive Garden for dinner and then we went to the mall and my mom bought me some new bras.... its always important to have good ones :) It was nice to spend some time with her.

`Then on Saturday we all met for lunch at the Pizza Factory. It was soo yummy. We all had a good time, and most of us made a good choice:) He he.... then Dan headed home and I went down to my siters to spend the night with them. We went and saw my sisters new house in Spanish Fork. It was soooo nice... I am soo happy for her. Then me, angie, lauren andher friend Andrea had some sister bonding time and we went and saw the movie Valentines Day. It was really fun and it had been a whie since we all went to a movie together.

THen on Sunday we just relaxed and then that afternoon Lauren did my hair and it turned out sooo good.. I am sooo excited for her to to start Cosmetology school. She will rock it. She definetly is an Aveda Specialist. Then Ryan and Angie came over and we all had a yummy dinner. So it was really good. Its always fun when MOm and Walt come.

MY VALENTINE

SO DAN AND I CELEBRATED VALENTINES TODAY. DAN WAS SOOO EXCITED ALL WEEK CAUSE HE KEPT SAYING HE HAD A GREAT SUPRISE FOR ME. SO THIS MORNING WHEN WE WOKE UP I GAVE DAN HIS FIRST VALENTINES PRESENT. IT WAS A WII GAME. THEN HE TOOK ME TO WORK AND TOLD ME I WOULD GET MINE SOON. SO THEN AROUND NOON DAN CALLED ME AT WORK JUST TO SAY HI AND SAY I LOVE YOU. THEN TWO SECONDS LATER HE WALKS INTO THE STORE AND HAD A BALOON BOQUET AND A ROSE FOR ME. HE LOOKE SOOO CUTE AND I WAS SOO SUPRISED. IT WAS REALLY SWEET. THEN HE TOLD ME THERE WAS ONE MORE THING AT HOME. SO WHEN HE PICKED ME UP AT FOUR I CAME HOME AND I USUALLY GO CHANGE IN MY CLOTHES IN THE BEDROOM. SO I WENT IT AND ITW AS DECKED OUT WITH ROSE PETALS, AND CANDY AND CHOCOLATES. IT WAS REALLY SWEET. HE TOTALLY SCORED POINTS. THEN WE WENT TO TGIFRDAYS FOR DINNER AND THEN HEAED FOR NICKEL KADE FOR OUR DATE. IT WAS A REALLY GREAT VALENTINES. WE WERE TALKING TONIGHT ABOUT H0W THIS IS OUR FOURTH VALENTINES TOGETHER. AND IT WAS FUN TO REMINISCE. .LOVE YOU SWEETHEART!!!!

thankful Friday

Since I didn't get to do my thankful thursday i decided I would do thankful friday.

So today I signed up for WW agian. I have done pretty good maintaining my weigh but the last two weeks it has been hard. Well when I went to weigh it wasn't horrilbe but I did not like it. So now I am bound and dertermined again. I am thankful for my friend Mary Ellen and that she wanted to go sign up too. I am thankful for WW and the good tips you learn.


I am thankful for my niece Kaylie and my nephew Jaden. They are soo much fun and they are always excited to see thier aunt ME Me. I love the time i get tospendwith them.

I am thankful for my family and my extended family. Its always fun to get together. We areall pretty goofy and have a fun sense of humor.

I am thankful that my mom and walt are coming next week. Its always fun when they come to visit.

I am thankful for my co-workers and friends at work. They are always there for me anytime. ANd i have a great boss too. She is a great friend and helps me a lot.
