A Letter To Someone
Dear Grandma Thomas,
Its hard to believe its been five years since you have been gone. I miss you a lot. You were such a great example to me of being kind to everyone and accepting them. I loved how even when all the food was put away and we were done eating if someone came over you would get it all out again and feed them. You didn't complain. You were always serving others. I would always be like, "Grandma you need to sit down." I will get it or help you. I love how you always wanted my blue skirt, and when I finally gave it to you you were soo happy. I loved our inside joke about going to the Charlonian Ball, and you thought I said "Bar". We would always chuckle about that. Also when I would say, "grandma your hair looks beatiful." You would touch and it say what did you say? My favoirte part was when we would leave you wou ld stand on the porch and wave until we were all the way down the road. I have missed that a lot.
I think you would be proud of who I have become. I met a great man, and we were sealed in the Salt Lake Temple. I remember sitting in the sealing room, and I got a little choked up because you were not there. I can't wait til you can meet Dan. But life is goign well. I hope you are taking time forever yourself in heaven. But knowing you, you are serving others and help them. Just like you did hear. Miss you Grandma but I love you. We will see each other again.
Love
Megan
