Confession Sunday

1. I confess I love watching Reality shows...the Bachelorette, Tori and Dean, Jon and Kate, and much more.

2. I confess I am really proud of myself for losing 22 pounds. GO ME!!!! It has been hard but soo worth it, and its much easier to find clothes.

3. I confess that I would go crazy without the internet and my TV.

4. I confess I am hard on people sometimes and expert a lot from them.

5. I confess that I am scared to turn 30. I am only 2 years away from it. I can't belive how old I am getting.

6. I confess I can't believe that I have been graduated 10 years from High School. I want to go to the reunion.

7. I confess that part of sunday is when I get to take a nap:)

Taylor Swift

Mariane didn't get to come to the concert with us but she met us for dinner down at the Gateway at a place called the Counter. It was yummy!!!

Keri and I trying to take a picture and keeping our eyes open. So heck yes I got to go to the Taylor Swift concert last night. It was seriously soooo awesome. It was one of the best concerts I have been too in a long time. I was sad cause my sister Lauren was supposed to go but it didn't work out. So my friend Keri got to have her ticket. It was me, Keri, Paige, her mom and there friend Meleea. It was also paige's last night in Utah. This morning she left for New York to go be a nanny. IT was sad saying goodbye to her we started crying. But I am soo excited for her.

Anyway Kellie Pickler was sick so she didn't perform. But it was okay. The opening act was Glorianna and they were good. But Keri and I really didn't pay much attention to them because were having fun taking pictures of us and trying to keep my eyes open. We were also on the very last row in the last two seats in the upper bowl. We were sooo freaking high. I honestly thought I wasn't going to survive up there.

But then Taylor came on at 8 and she peformed til 10:15. Now this girl can perform. She is soo interactive with the audience. She has an attitude and I love it. She is all about GIRL POWER!!! And you better watch out cause she can write a song about you. Anyway i was soo glad I go to go. at one point she walked down the aisle and shook peoples hands, and signed autographs and even gave them hugs. It was AWESOME!!!

Fun Weekend

So I had a fun Memorial Weekend. The one downer was Dan got sick but Monday he fetl a little better. Saturday morning I went to my friend Angels house and had breakfast with our good friend Nikki and her husband Andrew who we have not seen for like four years. We all went to BYU-Idaho together. Nikki got married a month before me. It was nice to finally be able to meet her husband. I was sad cause she didn't get to meet Dan but hopefully she can soon. Then after breakfast we went to the mall for about an hour. But it was really fun to see Nikki.

Then that night me, Marianne, Keri and her friend Tiffany went to Pizza Factory to celebrate Marianne and Keri's b-day. It was really fun.

On monday Dan and I went to see Night at the Museum 2. Then I had my brother Ryan, my sister Lauren and my dad come over and we had a BBQ. I was really craving a BBQ so Adam was nice and let us use his grill. He actually cooked them for us tooo because with Dan being sick I wasn't sure if that was a good idea for him to cook it. Anyway it was a fun weekend. And tomorrow I get to have more fun cause i get to go to the Taylor Swift concert whoo hooo!!!

CONFESSION SUNDAY

I got this from my sisters blog and I liked it.

1. I confess that I love High Schoo Musical and have the soundtrack to the third one. I went and saw it in the theatres 3 times.

2. I confess that sometimes I have think about not having kids. (Don't worry lauren you will have more nieces and nephews.)

3. I confess that I haven't worked out very much this week. I have been so lazy.

4. I confess that I do like Hannah Montanna. Me and friend actually went to the theatre on opening night and saw it.

5. I confess that I would love to have a personal driver that would just take me everywhere.

6. I confess that I am scared that my Dad lives alone. I have a fear that something will happen and it will be at home and know one will know.

7. I confess that sometimes I don't like being a peacemaker.

8. I confess I am addicted to Cheesfries!!!

9. I confess my house is not spotless but its better than it was. I just hate that people judge me because my house isn't spotless.

10. I confess that this was a fun blog to do.

Fun Days

So glad its finally the weekend. This week was good. I actually really enjoyed the American Idol finale. I thought it was really good. I was soo happy that Kris won too. YAYYY!!!! I was also glad that the power came back on at my sisters house so she could see it. So we started out our holiday weekend on Thursday night going to see the new Terminator movie. Now I haven't seen any of the other ones, but this was pretty good. I was sooo glad when it was finally friday. I worked til four and was so happy to start the weekend. Last night I went to my friend Paiges house and we had our annual Seagull Girls party. Last June we decided to put together this box pretty much of memories, or things that we like or that remind of us each other. Then the plan is each year to meet no matter where we are and open it up and put new things in there too. We got this idea from a book by Michelle Ashman Bell. The characters in her book called it the Butterfly box. What was really cool too is that we told Michelle about it and she actually came to our party and took pictues and notes and is going to use it for her books. We got together in May because Paige is leaving us to go be a Nanny in New York. I am soo happy for her and it will be soo much fun. Anyway so we had a really fun night. Last year I put in a Cd of music that remind me of us, and just fun songs of concerts we have gone too and what not. Then I also put in a bag of Laffy taffy and Fritos. Last year for about a month I was addicted to fritos and laffy taffy. I would bring them everyday. And the funny part was that we would be soo high on sugar that we would read the Jokes and just start laughing even though they were dumb. I haven't put in anything this year yet but I am trying to figure it out. Anyway I am really greatful for the girls taht I work with at Seagull. It has been such a great job for me and a huge blessing.

Luai

So today I wanted to do something nice for Dan. Since he is always doing stuff for me. So this mornign I went to the dollar store before work. They have a great selection of Luai things. So I got some fun cups, some of those fun straws that have umbrellas on them, some leis, and a cute stand up palm tree. Dan was getting home tonight about 9 so I had it all ready. I put a note on the door that said Welcome please knock. So he knocked and i opened the door and had my lei on and put one on him and said, "Aloha come on in." So he walked into the living room and there on the table was pizza( and I didn't even think to get Ham and Pineapple :) and breadsticks and then my decorations. He was soooo suprised and love it. It was really fun to do and plan. It was really simple but itmeant a lot to him. I told him that he got "leid" tonight when he got home he he!!! But thanks Dan for all you do. It was really fun to see how excited he was.

Nice Suprise

Today my sweet Hubby came to my work 15 minutes early and suprised me with these flowers. I was really suprised. He didn't even do anything wrong or he hadn't made me mad. He just did it because he wanted to be nice. He knows that I like little suprises like this. So all my friends at work were so amazed and said, "what a sweet husband you have." and I was like I Know he he!!! Anyway thanks honey it was such a nice suprise and thoughtful thing to do.

Thankful Thursday

Its that time again for Thankful Thursday. I missed Whatever Wednesday.

I am thankful for my Mother in Law Louise its has been fun doing Weight Watchers with her. Its nice cause she knows how I feel sometimes with having a hard week of staying on it.

I am thankful for my friends. All of them my work one and my personal ones. They are always so willing to do anything for me.

I am thankful for our jobs. I know I say that a lot but I just want to keep saying it.

I am thankful for the Temples and that we have soo many close by. We are very blessed that we have so many around us.

I am thankful for Spring and that is finally here. Its been soo nice and I have so much more energy.

I am thankful for brothers and sisters and that we have such a great relationship and that we actually like one another:)

Flashback Friday

Sorry this is a day late. It was April 2005 and KrisAn, Me and Melissa went to Hawaii. We stayed with Melissa's brother Dave and Teresea. They were going to school there. We had so much fun we got to stay for 7 days. We got to go to the PCC(Polynesian Culutural Center), to Pearl Harbor, the Dole Plantation, and to the beach. We saw the Hawaii Temple and went to the Campus. I remember we all slept on this big air bag. We were jammed in there and it was pretty funny. I also remember going into the McDonalds there and you could order Spam. I thought that was sooo gross and I never tried it. We also go to go to a LUAI I think that is how you spell it. One of the funnest times on the trip was we got to go Whale Watching. Well a guy came around and aked if we want anything to drink. So I was like, "Diet Coke please. So then he says Diet Coke with RuM? And I was like no. Well he just gave me a smile and walked away. So I shoudl have known. He brought back my drink and it had a little tiny straw in it. So I start drinking and I am like...ewww I think thsi has Rum in it. So I tell the guy and he just laughs and then walks away and brings me anotehr drink. So naturally I was hestiant. Well this one was just plain Diet Coke. It was pretty funny and a very memorable trip. Thanks KrisAn and Melissa. That was such a fun trip and we need to do it again.

Whatever Wednesday......

So I am going to Weigth Watchers tonight..... I honestly am sure I gained a pound. I have not been doing the best at it.... but whatever!!!!

I have been feeling a lot of pressure to have kids.. I hate sometimes being in Utah and all the pressure that comes. But who made up the rule that if you are married for a year or more you need to already have kids. I think I get a lot of pressure especially since I am 28... and sooo freaking old.Don't get me wrong I want to have kids eventually but why is it wrong to enjoy being a Newlywed and getting ready and to take care of some things. Honestly I am really scared and I always think I have them for life. What if I mess up? I just know right now is not the right time for us to have kids. Sorry i just needed to vent on that one:)

I totally think Mike deserves to win on the biggest loser but I am sure Tara will win. I do not like her at all. Hopefully Mike makes it to the finale.. I would rather have it be him then Ron on. I don't like Helen either.. she just needs to go home.

I don't know what to get my Mother in law for mothers day... I honestly do not like getting her gifts. She does not have very good gift etiquette. She told me what she wants but I guarantee I will get it for her and she will be like, "oh whats this?:" Sorry Iam not bitter at all:)

Sorry this post was all kind of negative but I needed to vent and get it out. Anyway wish me luck at Weigh in.

Flashback Fridays....

So my friend Lacey on her blog on fridays does Flashblack fridays... but she posts pictures and things. Well I don't have a scanner and am not that high tech so I thought I would put a memory or story that I like or remember.

I used to love to ride my bike around the neighborhood where I grew up in Sandy. I got to ride my mom bike and I loved it. I would go riding everywhere. I also talk and sing to myself. It was pretty fun. So I think one day I was driving around and i was with my sister I believe and I was totally belting out a Toni Braxton song. "Just another sad love song" to be exact. Well I was doing the whole arm wave and singing to my hearts content. Then I noticed a car behind me and it was our neighbors the Farringtons and they totally were smiling at me and kind of chuckling. It was really fun.. I was really embarrased and quickly rode home. Anyway me and my sister always think about that time and we laugh. But I still loved to ride and it didn't stop me. I wish I still had that bike because I miss it.

Random Thoughts

My 10 weeks of Weight Watchers that were paid for are up. So now I have to decide if I have enough money to pay weekly. Its sooo stupid that if you miss one week you still have to pay. I am still goign to do WW it will just be harder because I won't be able to go to the meetings. And I don't want to buy a scale because I think I will be come too obsessive about weighing myself. SO if anyone wants to send donations... he he!!!!

I can't believe it is May wow.. times flies. Dan only has one month left of nights and then he goes to days.... and will have friday off yay!!!!!

We got 40 more dollars this month in Dan's check .Thank you obama for the tax cut or whatever he did!!!!

We saw the new Wolverwine movie last night. It was pretty good... but Violent. It was fun to see how they tied it together to X-Men. Now I want to see the first one again.

My best friend KrisAN is in the hospital right now waiting for her baby to come.. I am sooo excited for her. I can't believe she is going to be a mom!!!! She will be soo great and I can't wait to meet my new "niece". I am the best Aunt ever :)

I am very scared and nervous about this Swine flu. But I am taking precautions so hopefully me and all my family and friends will be okay and not affected by this.
