Happy Birthday Dan!!!!

So yesterday was Dan's birthday. He turned the big 26!!!Awwww to be young!!! Anyway he was lucky and got to take today off. So we got up this morning and he got to open his presnents. He is reallly into Model Rocketry so I got him a Model Rocket. He was soooo excited!!! He has been talking about launching rockets practically since we went to the Hobby shop in May. At one point it was driving me crazy:) So I was a nice wifey and got him one. I also got him the movie Bolt and the movie Princess Bride. Then we went to Virgs for breakfast. And Dan got this breakfast burrito and holy dang it is huge!!! But it was sooo good. Then he dropped me off at work and he got to go have some fun. His parents took him out to IHOP for lunch. He had planned to go to European connections but has apparently closed down. He loves crepes and really wanted one. Then when I got home from work we picked up our nephews Mikey and Jake and went to Taylorsville Park and shot off the rockets. It was actually pretty fun and I liked pushing the button to make them shoot up in the sky. They goo sooo high and you can't see them so you are trying to figure out where they are going to land. Then we headed over to my Dads for a little bit to hang out. When we got home we had Oreo Cheesecake that is Dan's favorite Desseret. Well any kind of Cheesecake. But he had a really fun birthday and I am so grateful for him and all he does. He is a great husband !!!! Happy Birthday Dan!!!

CONFESSION SUNDAY

I confess I had way to many cookies today at KrisAn's dinner. I can't help it they were sooo good.

I confess I will have to work out way hard this week.

I confess that sometimes I am so critcal of Dan. I don't know why I am sooo mean to him sometimes.

I confess I love Sundays because I can have my sunday nap.

I confess any kind of relationship is hard but if you continually work at it and serve you will be blessed.

I confess I hate sunday night because it means Monday is right around the corner.

I confess I am warming up to the kid idea and am feeling better about it.

Sunday

Sorry its been a while since I have done anything on my blog. I have been slacking bigtime. Things have been going pretty good. I have enjoyed having Dan home in the evenings. Even though he is tired usally by nine, it gives me time to catch up on my shows:) Last thursday I went to the Kelly Clarkson concert down at the UVU ball park. Well it was pretty good but really short. The opening act people were like people from the school. It was like a talent show and you got to pick who won. So it was kind of lame. Then finally Kelly came out at like 8:05 and she sang all her great songs and we were just getting into it when all the suddern after she sang her latest single, "my life would suck withou you" she ends the song and then says thanks everybody see you next time,a nd then she left and this was at like 9. Me and my friend Marianne were like what happened? What was that.. we thought for sure she would come back but she didn't. So we were a little disappointed. But the trip down there was worth it because we got to go to Brick Oven so that made up for it.

Dan and I got to go to the Draper Temple last night since Jordan River is closed for Cleaning. We didn't make it o the open house so it was nice to see it. It is really pretty but it was also really small. I saw the proposal on friday night with my friends from work and it iss so cute. I am not going to lie Ryan Reynolds is sooo cute!!! Too bad he is married to Scarlet Johansen lame!!!!! Dan is excited for his b-day coming up. So if you need an address to send gifts let me know:) Please feel free tos end money to help us build our WII fund.
On friday I went down to Lauren's house to hang out and to help her babysitt KrisAn's little baby Maddy. She is really cute and it was nice to get to see KrisAn tooo. I haven't seen her since Maddy was born. So we got caught up. It was fun to hang out with Kaylie and Jaden tooo. They are sooo much fun. And Lauren also did my hair. SHe has had to color her best friend Nicoles hair for a while now and Lauren knew I wanted to get my hair done but I didn' thave the money. So she did it,a nd it turned out cute. I was really impressed and happy to have my hair done. I got a lot of compliments on it yesterday and I said my sister did it.
So thats all we really have been up to. Can't wait for all the good movies to come out. Like Transformers and My Sisters Keeper and Ice Age 3. It will be fun.

PIVOTAL MOMENTS IN MY LIFE THUS FAR

1.Sticking with Dance even though I didn't want to do it because my sister had quit. I started when I was five and danced til I was 18 a senior in highschool. My favorite was when I started doing point shoes. That was soo fun.
2. Babysitting for the Farringtons they were like my second family. It made me realize how much I love children and that I was good at it too.
3. May 1998- My parents divorce. It hit me pretty hard and that hardest part was I didn't really understand why or really what was going on.
4.. May 2000 moving down to Provo my first time moving out. And i was so glad because it made me realize I can do it and that I wanted to go to BYU-Idaho.
5. January 2001- going to BYU-Idaho. I had a wonderful experience and made some very great friends who I still keep in contact with today. I got a job at the library as well and it was sooo fun to work there. Also had my first relationship and learned a lot about myself and and my own testimony of the Church.
6. August 2002 graduating with my associates degree.
7. April 2004 first girl in my family to graduate from college with a Bachelors degree. It felt so great to have done such a huge accomplishment. Harry and mom also helped so much with my schooling. If it wasn't for them I would have not gotten to stay.
8. July 2004- moved back to Utah and moved into my mom's townhome with my bestfriend KrisAn.
9. August 2004 got a jog at Kindercare learning center. Grew a lot and became confident that i can do a lot. Little did i know that i would be meeting my future sister in law two years later.
9. Summer 2005 realized I had depression and needed help. Was in such a dark place. Thankfully KrisAn called my bishop and I met Catherine Galetti. I was soo grateful for that day. She is an amazing woman and I still go to her from time to time to just get some sanity back.
11. August 2006 left KC and became a nanny. Not the smartest choice but did learn that i don't want to be like those people. Will actually be there for my kids.
12. October 2006- met Daniel. His sister Leah set us up and we had a dinner at her house. I was thinking sure why not "free dinner'. Little did I know he was to become my husband.
13. July 2007- Dan and I were married in the Salt Lake Temple. It was such a wonderful day. I was so glad all my family was there. I truly married my best friend and I am soo glad that God lead him to me. He loves me for me and treats me like a Queen.

Confession Sunday

I confess I don't want to eat anything anymore. I have been so frusterated this week. And I got even more frusterated when I stepped on the scale.

I confess I am tired of trying to make sure I eat right. Its not fair that most peopel can eat whatever they want.

I confess I might have to start working out twice day.

I confess I am becoming obsessed with not gaining. For 16 weeks I was doing sooo good and losing and now all the sudden.

I confess I don't want to go Weigh In on wednesday.

I confess I am disappointed in myself.

Thankful Thursday

I am thankful that all my friends and family have been encouraging about my WW triumphs and struggles. It has totally sucked gaining but they have all been there to help me.

I am thankful for rainbows. We saw a beautiful one tonight at the concert and it reminded me of all of God's love for us.

I am thankful for all the famiyl and friends who give me rides and help take me to work. They are always sooo willing to help me out.

I am thankful for unexpected blessings.


I am thankful for my bishop and that he is aware of me and what I need.

Just another Manic Monday....

So I am doing lots better from my last blog. I know it was very negative. It was a hard week. I am still struggling but things are better. I want to thank my mom and sister for helping me out and you know why? They are always there for me and will do anything for me. Today starts Dan working during the days in the summer. So he works 7 to 3:30. It will be nice to have him home in the nights but it will also take me a little adjusting too:) I am so used to doing my own thing and watching my shows without getting interrupted. :) HE HE!! But no it will be nice. And its only 22 days til his b-day and he is really excited. He keeps reminding me everyday:) But it will be nice this summer we just want to do fun things and go to the zoo, and all the museums and just do fun stuff.Work is going well and so is Dan's so we are greatful for that!!!!! Thats is about all that is new withus.Have a great week!!!

Whatever Wednesday!!!

So I gained 1 pound tonight when I went to Weigh In. This is my first gain in 16 weeks. I know its expected but it still sucks. I have not been motivated to work out. WHATEVER!!!!!

I can't afford to get my hair done because of the stupid dentist bill I have now. So i guess my hair will just have be ugly and Grey WHATEVER!!!

I am in bad mood because I really don't know why. WHATEVER!!!!

We want a WI sooo bad but something always comes up. WHATEVER!!!!

I wish we could go on a vacation this year or at least go visit my mom. WHATEVER!!!

I saw the New Moon Trailer and I am soooo excited!! It looks even better than the first one. Too bad it still so far away not til November. WHATEVER!!!

Sorry this blog was so negative you can tell what kind of mood I am in. I Know i have a lot and need to be thankful. WHATEVER!!!!
